Hey there —
Welcome to Crescent Care Collaborative - where we believe every woman deserves care that is client-centered, inclusive, and specialized in both design and delivery. Too often, traditional perinatal care feels fragmented, and many women find it simply misses the mark - feeling rushed, impersonal, or not fully responsive to their needs. Our community understands that your perinatal experience is shaped by your body’s unique needs, your personalized preferences, and your story - and your care should reflect that!
That’s why we’ve built the Crescent Care Collaborative, a hand-selected network of trusted, women-owned providers who work closely together to fill in the gaps that conventional systems often overlook. Our collaborative model ensures you have a steady, unified stream of care you can truly rely on, and our clients enjoy exclusive benefits with each provider, making high-quality, holistic support more accessible. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, healing after birth, or adjusting to a new season of motherhood, our perinatal experts combine evidence-based skill and genuine dedication to meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.
Our providers acknowledge how hard it can be to ask for help or, truthfully, to even understand what sort of help you may need - many of us have been there ourselves, and our lived experience is a core pillar of why we do this work. You don’t have to navigate this season alone. With us, you’re connected to a community designed to help you feel seen, cared for, and empowered.
We are so genuinely glad you’re here!
“After my first postpartum experience, I felt completely overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn for support. Over time, and with help, I learned about the immense difference a connected, supportive community can make - and, also, how difficult it can be to access when you’re in survival mode. Crescent Care Collaborative was created from that experience to offer women coordinated, client-centered care, and meaningful connection, making it easier to get the support they need in whatever season of motherhood they are in.

FAQs

Collaborative care means that our providers work together as a connected team while maintaining their individual practices. Each provider brings specialized expertise—whether it’s therapy, lactation support, sleep consulting, or newborn care—but we coordinate and communicate when appropriate to ensure your care feels seamless and unified.
This approach is important because pregnancy, birth, and postpartum involve many overlapping physical, emotional, and practical needs. Traditional healthcare systems can be fragmented, which makes it easy for things to fall through the cracks or for you to feel like you have to manage everything on your own. Collaborative care ensures that multiple experts are aware of your needs, working in alignment, and supporting you in a way that saves you time, energy, and stress. It creates a steady circle of support so you feel seen, understood, and empowered throughout this season of life.
-
Our providers work closely together while maintaining their own independent practices. With your consent, they share relevant insights and coordinate support so your care feels seamless and unified—you won’t have to repeat your story to multiple professionals. Each provider brings specialized expertise, and our collaborative model ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
To keep our care coordinated and up to date, we meet monthly as a team and actively seek out trainings and continuing education that enhance the support we provide. We also strictly follow HIPAA standards and prioritize your confidentiality, so you can feel safe, seen, and fully supported throughout your care.
-
You have complete flexibility. You can work with one provider, several, or the full collaborative team—whatever best meets your needs at the time.
-
The cost of care varies depending on the type of service and provider you choose, but our goal is to make support accessible and manageable. Some services may be covered by insurance - though coverage can vary by plan - so we encourage clients to check with both their provider and insurance company. Many of our providers offer sliding scale rates, packages, or other flexible payment options. Additionally, if you are referred internally by another provider within the Crescent Care Collaborative, each provider has agreed to offer a direct financial benefit and/or complementary discount for your care. We want to ensure that every woman can access the support she needs without added stress about cost!
-
Many of our providers offer both in-person and virtual sessions, making it easier for you to access care no matter your location or schedule.
