Supervision
A Note To Future Supervisees -
Hello there - I’m Paige, and I’m glad you’re here
If you’re here, chances are you’re exploring your options for a clinical supervisor as you work toward independent licensure, and I know choosing the person who will walk alongside you during this part of your career is an important decision.
I have wanted to be a clinical supervisor since graduate school, so this is something I have been working toward for a very long time, and I don’t take the opportunity to be part of this process lightly.
My goal as your supervisor is to make sure you feel supported, equipped, and prepared - not only to earn your license, but for everything that comes after it.
My supervision style is informative, collaborative, and supportive. I want to help you build confidence in your own clinical judgment and develop a way of practicing that feels authentically yours. Just as importantly, I want to help you learn how to build a sustainable career in this field - one where you can care deeply about the work without losing yourself to it. That means learning boundaries, recognizing your value, protecting against burnout, and knowing your worth as a clinician along the way.
If you’re considering allowing me to be part of this chapter of your career, I am truly honored and look forward to connecting!
